Depending on the system recommended for you, your trays can be worn during the day or overnight, so treatment can fit around your routine rather than the other way round. The whitening process usually takes place over around one to two weeks, depending on your individual treatment plan.

Because your trays are made to fit your teeth closely, the whitening gel can be applied in a controlled and even way across your smile.
